Why did I wait for so long? You probably know how that works. You get an inspiration and it takes weeks or even months to come back to it. After I lost 24 lbs in two months, I was so eager to share my great and successful experience of weight loss with as many people as I can, but everyday life and luck of determination took its toll. So after few years, here I am to share it with you.

Therefore, if you succeed in following this not so strict weight loss plan, the chance that you will go your old ways is small.
